Grandma, who is quite unsteady and out of her mind, has escaped from Durkee in Mexico and is now racing through the city streets, desperately trying to evade her pursuers. To avoid being recaptured and sent back to the asylum, she must cover a certain distance. However, she’s not only being chased by orderlies wielding straitjackets, but also faces a treacherous maze of sharp turns, holes, fences, and other challenging obstacles. As she scambles through the city, Grandma also gathers gold coins along her path, adding an exciting twist to her daring escape.
